Pumps for windscreen cleaning systems are required for on-demand cleaning of windscreens. Pumps for headlight washers require more energy than pumps for windscreen washers because the headlights are cleaned with a water jet under higher pressure. To adapt to the piping system a connection is used that enables simple quick and safe adjustment of the hose arrangement. Structure and function: The windscreen washer pump has a water intake and 2x water outlets that can be used alternately. Depending on the direction of rotation of the DC motor one or the other water outlet is used. The direction of rotation of the DC motor depends on the polarity of the connections.
